Mechanical Engineer specializing in MEP design.o Administration/Office Duties - Work with new or existing clients to pinpoint the scope of their ideal project and ensure all aspects are thoroughly discussed. I produce proposals and release to clients for approval. Another aspect of my administration/office duties is managing a small team of Engineering Interns entirely from initial customer introduction, all the way through to delivery of C.D's as well as Construction Administration throughout the construction process.o Mechanical Duties - Conduct various analyses of current and future buildings. Including fresh air analysis, heating and cooling load envelope calculations, and the sizing of a wide range of mechanical systems for various industries. Along with these calculations, I also aid contractors in specifying correct equipment that meets all requirements. o Electrical Duties - Produce short circuit analysis and conduct code analysis on projects depending on location. Design/update all electrical panel schedules to ensure electrical service is adequate for new and existing equipment. Construct new one-line electrical diagrams for existing and future buildings to aid in the developmental process. I am also tasked with providing full electrical design plans including; lighting, equipment power, general receptacles, and emergency egress lighting.o Plumbing Duties - Analyze gas loads and fixture analysis to ensure building has adequate fuel gas and water pressure, all while maintaining up to date ICC compliance. Full building wide plumbing pressure calculations are completed when required. Another key aspect of my position is sizing and routing all domestic cold water/ waste lines, as well as sizing equipment of projects such as grease interceptors, sand/oil interceptors, and hot water heaters/boilers.

o Worked alongside division managers and customers to design large sheet-metal and FRP structures utilizing SolidWorks (CAD) packages from prototyping and testing, to final production.
