- Tracked weekly and monthly cost for structural steel operations, including the review/approval of foreman timecards- Forecasted future cost for all structural steel activities (labour, equipment, materials, subcontracts) to completion of the project- Coordinated with internal Technical team and external firms to progress design, including the submittal of RFI’s- Communicated with vendors to procure materials and ensured they arrived on-site in a timely manner to avoid delays in schedule- Managed subcontractors by setting up change orders and signing off on daily LEM Sheets (Labour, Equipment, Material)- Assisted the field crew with the interpretation of drawings/specifications and worked with them to develop plans to complete work safely and efficiently- Helped manage equipment for site-wide needs (cranes & telehandlers) and coordinated with other disciplines to meet these needs- Developed look-ahead schedules and coordinated with other disciplines in order to achieve schedule
