Graduated Sport Management student. During my time at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, I've become very familiar with creating and presenting work as an individual and with a team environment. I've also demonstrated strong time management skills and attention to detail by being enrolled in seven courses at a time while working 4-12 hours a week and still coaching and playing sports. I have also displayed the ability to work under pressure by consistently meeting deadlines and completing midterms and final exams.Moose Jaw Warriors Social Media team member. My role with the Warriors is to give fans who are unable to attend games, a real gameday experience through social media stories. This entails any goals scored, important moments, displaying the atmosphere in the arena, and any other events happening in that game. During my time with the Warriors, I've proven great situational awareness by positioning myself in the right spots before plays happen. Working with the gameday staff has easily been my favorite job I've ever had.SaskSport Trust Fund. This was my first real professional job. Working in my own office 8 am - 4 pm Monday-Friday. Also my first job with a dress code. At first, I was extremely overwhelmed, the idea of moving away from my hometown after 19 years and starting my first real office job, downtown in a large city was a lot of stress initially. After a week of getting settled in the new city and my new office, it was a very memorable experience. The work was mainly database-orientated. I was reviewing and approving government Sport, Culture, and Recreation grants. I learned how to work with minimal supervision in an office environment.
