While the Program Manager of DOE Programs I: • Managed a diverse team of thirteen Trowbridge and Trowbridge employees throughout the Department of Energy. Developed engineering documentation, acted as lead for equipment acquisition, configured SLES portal, and led Wyse thin client deployment team and developed requirements for power. • Worked as a project manager on the U.S. DOE’s Classified Local Access Network and developed certification and accreditation documents and operational procedures for the C-LAN. • Worked as a project manager on the NRC’s Electronic Safe FISMA Certification and Accreditation project. The Electronic Safe is the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s application for storing, processing and retrieving secure but unclassified information. • Developed certification and accreditation documents and operational procedures for the SGI LAN. The SGI LAN was NRC's first network to store, process, and disseminate Safeguards Information. The SGI LAN is a wireless network that uses a similar architecture to the C-LAN giving users access to applications in an environment that is secured for sensitive but unclassified data. • Provided certification and accreditation support to several systems at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. These systems included the National Environmental Satellite Data Services Headquarters LAN, the National Climatic Data Center, and the National Marine Fisheries Service. This task consisted of reviewing and updating certification and accreditation documentation • Provided project management analysis and support by coordinating resource allocations and schedules for an enterprise project management system at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s Office of New Reactors.
