Responsible for the successful deployment of video surveillance systems across five states which allowed a centrally located call center to monitor activity at the facilities without on-site staff. Responsible for the implementation of an electronic document storage system that reduced company expenses and improved staff productivity. Moved from a Novell server to a Windows Server, added tablet PCs in the field, more than doubled our network capacity, improved network stability, and greatly increased overall system security and efficiency.
