As Director of Operations I oversee the daily operations of the Security, Maintenance, Parking, Capital Projects, and Facilities departments which consist of roughly 80 union represented employees. The Pike Place Market PDA is a quasi-city government ran Historic property and is also a public not-for-profit corporation chartered by the City of Seattle to act as steward and caretaker of the historic properties within the Market Historic District.With over 5 years of experience in this role and 10 years as the Maintenance Manager, I have a deep understanding of the market's infrastructure, systems, and stakeholders.I am passionate about preserving and enhancing the market's physical and cultural assets, while ensuring its safety, accessibility, and sustainability.
