Coming from a family grain farm in Central Indiana, i knew i wanted to continue to learn more about the AG industry and chose to study Ag Systems Management at Purdue University. I held internships through Kokomo Grain, Reynolds Farm Equipment, Monsanto (Climate Corp.), and Pioneer Seed Corn. Upon graduating from Purdue in '19 i began working full time at Kokomo Grain as a grain merchandiser. In 2021, I joined The Pence Group as a regenerative agriculture specialist to help promote regenerative farming practices in Central Indiana. Most recently I have taken over the role of Director of Operations to continue giving our customers the best possible service in farm drainage, seed sales, and regenerative farming adoption.
