It Support Technician
CurrentProvide daily technical assistance to staff as well as ensuring optimal use of internal hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance and securing data.- Assist with existing maintenance and special projects as necessary- Manage and configure server backups, logs, and other directory services- Answer staff inquiries regarding software/network issues and assist with troubleshooting- Manage hardware setups, computer maintenance and roll-out of new applications- Deliver technical training to new and existing staff on the use of internal software- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of hardware bundles and account setup- Document processes and perform hardware/software diagnostic tests- Maintain software databases and ensure system security
