• 1 of 2 Senior Recruiters initially chosen to help startup the company’s first specialized Direct Hire Recruiting Team • Tasked with building the company’s customer pipeline in the direct hire business through high-quality candidate placements and strategic account management • Perform similar recruiting duties as before with a focus on direct hire placements and respective activities2020 total placement fees: ~ $515k

• Recruit engineers and technical talent on a contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire basis to work for manufacturing and industrial companies partnered with RHM• Complete phone interviews, in-person or video interviews, and multiple reference checks for each candidate• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates interested in a new position• Source candidate resumes through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, and the Job Center of Wisconsin websites • Make upwards of 60 calls per day• Utilize Salesforce ATS system for tracking candidate resumes, resume searches, recording interview notes, and all other documentation activities• Account Management (Light experience): Assist and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers during the interview process including resume submittals, interview feedback, negotiations, offers, and onboarding activities.• Business Development (Light Experience): Set meetings with hiring managers to build a working relationship or introduce them to RHM Account Executives and grow company clientele2019 total placement fees: ~$382k (contract and permanent fees)Areas of Focus include: - Electrical Engineering- Mechanical Engineering- Manufacturing, Industrial, and Process Engineering- Quality Engineering- Embedded Software/Hardware Engineering- Test Engineering- Designers and Drafters (Electrical/Mechanical)- Structural Engineers, Designers, and Drafters for 3 client companies.
