I am an instructional designer at Chevron, with over 20 years of experience in Learning and Development, with experience in training, facilitation, program management, consulting, and leading the learning function. My mission is to create opportunities for others to learn and develop so they can succeed on their own terms and contribute to the company's goals and values.I consult with various Chevron groups to identify performance opportunities or gaps and determine if or how a learning solution could help achieve desired results. I design and deliver custom learning experiences that close those gaps and meet the needs of the learners and the business. I also verify those results by tracking and evaluating the outcomes and making improvements as needed. I have proven expertise and certifications in topics such as new hire orientation, leadership development, communication skills, and functional training. I am a strong communicator and collaborator who works with diverse partners and stakeholders. I am also a certified professional coach who helps others reach their full potential.
