Currently employed with the notable Information Technology service leaders at J.D, Irving limited as a Field Service Technician/Retail Division, for the greater Saint John and surrounding areas.As the Technical Support Specialist for Innovatia, I held over 8 years of experience as a dedicated Avaya contractor for unified communication products, providing technical support to regions across North America, Caribbean and Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia. I had supported and troubleshot many Avaya Products including System Manager, Session Manager, Session Border Controller, Communication Manager, and various client end applications including SIP phone endpoints One-x Agent, One-x Attendant, One-X Client enablement Server, Workplace Attendant, Avaya Aura Conferencing and Meeting Exchange. During my time with Innovatia I was tier 3 support and assisted tier 4 development with debugging logging and implementing fixes.As the Duty Manager at Innovatia, I had managed and maintained the escalation procedures for all unified communications support groups, ensures ongoing engagement is maintained from a large pool of support technicians, managed valuable customer relations and documentation service requests.I had began my IT career with McCain Foods, as a Technical Support specialist.
