After serving in the Navy from 2004 to 2010, I finished my undergraduate degree while gaining valuable experience as a construction superintendent. Moving home to be closer to family allowed me to gain experience with the world's leading logistics company while completing my master's degree. I am now ready to transition to warmer weather and a new career field. I recently completed a Master of Legal Studies degree focusing on Sustainability, Federal Indian Law, and Tribal Self-Governance. Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience in high-stress deployments and employment situations, and government and civilian service. Additionally, I have pursued education through both traditional and online tracts.During my time in the Navy, I had the privilege of directly supporting a Commanding General during a 13-month deployment to Iraq. This experience taught me valuable skills in leadership, adaptability, and decision-making under pressure. These skills, combined with my education and diverse career background, make me a strong candidate for various roles in law firms, government agencies, and other organizations.I am particularly passionate about Sustainability, Federal Indian Law, and Tribal Self-Governance. These issues are critical to our society, and I am eager to apply my knowledge and experience to make a positive impact. As I embark on this new career chapter, I am excited to explore opportunities that allow me to use my skills and passion to make a meaningful difference.
