For over 25 years, I have worked with multicultural, under-served, high-risk individuals and communities locally, regionally, and internationally as a social entrepreneur, consultant, and pastor. My passion is to create holistic, focused, and innovative development projects that meet the needs of our most challenged neighborhoods through collaborative and empowerment-based community partnerships.As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Square Mile Community Development and a Director of The Father's Cry, I have run both faith-based and secular nonprofit organizations that aim to transform and empower communities and individuals with strength-based development. I am also a certified Master Trainer by the National Center for Fathering and have extensive experience in urban ministry, multicultural, and cross-cultural work and training.
