Managed Execution and Delivery of Enterprise Level IT solutions. Responsible for the coordination and completion of client facing IBM Identity Services availability and enhancement projects. Worked closely with IBM CIO, GTS, SWG and Cloud Identity Consulting IT Specialists and Senior IT Specialists, as well as client resources and project managers, to manage client expectations and project scope throughout the assignment. Monitored and controlled expenditures within the limitations of the project budget. Ensured on-time on on-budget delivery of high quality technical deliverables. Worked effectively with team members both within IBM and with affiliated staff. Participated in the continual maintenance and improvement of IBM Identity Services. Managed enhancements to existing CIO Identity Services systems utilizing the Agile methodology to achieve a highly available, near-continuous operation of all functions in support of IBM commercial cloud and mobile offerings and services. Migrated existing IBM Identity & Profile Personalization services to a strategic Cloud platform that provided the foundation for continuous availability. Existing architecture could not support a 24x7 “always on” availability or meet scalability & performance objectives for 45M (15M registered and 30M anonymous) users.

Led projects to establish or stand up the program management office to support IBM delivery and client business office needs for newly signed managed services accounts. Led the establishment of procedures to support data security, financial management, contract governance, supplier management, and resource management. Supported process to measure account maturity level for innovation. Process measured an accounts maturity level based on a defined methodology and adoption of key innovation enablers.

Solution Project Manager for web based identity services applications. Managed multiple projects with budgets up to $8M (56,000 hours) and 27 FTE's. Projects required managing the work of large diverse teams to define, plan, develop, test, and deploy solutions world wide to multiple geograhies. Responsible for DOU and SOW development and negotiating with the external teams the projects were dependent upon.

Managed the deployment of ibm.com public site / Common commerce releases to the Asia Pacific geography. Led large culturally diverse teams through effort of testing, setup, and deploying new releases to the Japan, Singapore and Korean infrastructures.

Managed a project team of 10 developers responsible for transferring knowledge to support and maintain all store operation applications back to Eckerd personnel. Managed a project to upgrade the registers Operating System for 3000 plus stores. Managed a project team of 4 to enhance the register application, so Gift Cards could be activated and redeemed in the stores before the holiday season. Accelerated project was completed on time and within the budget of 3,500 hours. Responsible for hours, schedule, quality, and change management. Managed the work of an 11-member production support team. The team tested, packaged, and distributed code releases for the applications supported. Directed the work of vendors contracted with Eckerd to support application changes to the NCR Point of Sale application.

Lead 8 member team for the Eckerd Coupon Scanning project with a budget of 15,225 hours. Transitioned to the Project Manager and was responsible for cost, schedule, quality, and change management. Project increased accuracy of the item-level gross profit reporting and increased employee efficiency by reducing transaction time. The Project enabled Eckerd to scan store coupons using complex logic at the register and associate them to the appropriate item for validation. The project enhanced the back-end systems so that usage could be tracked and reported through merchandising and financial reporting systems. Project spanned host, client/server, network, and store platforms.

Supported IBM's Point of Sale (POS) application while managing code updates to 3000 stores. Member of the POS application development team. Held various technical positions from Support Analyst to Programmer to Project Lead. Responsible for schedule, and quality of deliverables. Transitioned into project lead for phone card activation project. Project was completed on time and within budget. Project reduced theft by eliminating the pre-activated phone cards sold at the store. Responsible for schedule, quality, and change management.
