I got my start in the retirement plan business at the National Retirement Partners Corporate office in Southern California. There I learned from the best and shadowed the people responsible for developing many of the advanced tools used by hundreds of advisors around the country. To stay on the forefront of this ever-changing world, our team members are active with many groups and associations in an effort to provide thought leadership back to our industry. I've been fortunate to have been named by the American Retirement Association as one of the Top 50 advisors under 40 for the past 7 years running. As a Sales Representative I learned to work with all different types of people. I was able to learn the valuable art of diffusing upset clients and turning their poor experience into stellar one which drove repeat business for me. Verizon Wireless had stringent performance expectations which I exceeded every month of employment. My dedication and understanding of the industry and sales process allowed me to remain at the top of my 5,000 person peer group in gross sales and revenue targets. During my tenure I recieved the highest sales award- the Presidents Cabinet several times.

I was fortunate to intern at National Retirement Partners during an extreme growth phase and shadowed the most respected people in the retirement plan industry. Areas of learning included private placement capital raises, M & A, marketing campaigns, system design and integration and overall small business management. I was also indoctrinated to the retirement plan industry, learning from the best and brightest advisers in the country.
