As the IDIQ/MAC Vehicle Manager I lead growth and capture on the OST’s IDIQ and MAC contract vehicles. My duties include, but are not limited to: - Managing pipeline across OST's IDIQ portfolio and our Joint Ventures- Working with company executives, senior leaders, and partners to identify Task Orders and other opportunities- Developing and mature a pipeline of qualified opportunities to be released on IDIQ/MAC vehicles- Develop and execute capture plans for each opportunity—from identifying strategic partners, call plans, and bid resources- Obtain pursuit and resource approvals through OST’s internal gate review process, streamlined for IDIQ/MAC submissions- Support price-to-win (PTW) analysis activities- Track, record, and present activity on accounts and pipelines to senior leadership- Work with SMEs and teams to develop quick turn proposals that speak to the client’s needs- Drive corporate revenue by meeting/exceeding assigned win targets- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and share information with OST leadership- Increase OST Brand recognition across State, Federal Civilian, and DoD communities- Use my knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique value propositions and differentiators for opportunities- Cultivate and utilize strategic partnerships to increase OST's value to existing and new clients
