Brady also founded the Ocean Strike Team, a non-profit that is dedicated to ocean conservation through getting citizens involved in ocean causes and eco-tourism. As an avid diver of over 25 years, Brady leads eco-tourism trips and research expeditions to locations all over the United States, including Pensacola, Florida and Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary, to hunt and study the lionfish in an effort to find a viable solution to the invasion.
