Developed risk frameworks and methodologies, and built and managed platforms, portfolio analytics, and reporting for Wholesale Banking Division (>$320B loans and other assets) in the midst of a large bank merger and financial crisis / recession, including US regulatory responses and programs (TARP, CCAR/stress testing, Basel / BCBS standards & OCC rules) -- reducing losses, managing regulatory and rating agency expectations, and improving risk management practices

Managed enterprise risk platforms and capabilities across Corporate and Investment Banking, incl. businesses with significant credit, counterparty, and market risk through financial crisis and the government-forced sale of Wachovia -- reducing losses, managing risks, supporting M&A evaluations, and leading to closure of the merger with Wells Fargo.

Managed enterprise risks in a rapidly growing capital markets portfolio that included traditional equity, fixed income, FX, and financing products, as well as then-new interest rate, equity, and credit derivatives -- leading to significant revenue growth, new businesses, and strong risk management with low losses.
