As a Ticket Operations Specialist, I play a key role in supporting all aspects and members of the Ticket Operations team including supervision of Box Office staff. I also Function as Manager on duty for assigned Box Office shifts and games as well as supervise part-time staff while assisting with customer service resolution. Using my gained experience in the Archtics ticketing system and sports environment, I will effectively tackle departmental, team, and client ticket requests/complaints by providing high-quality service as well as building and implementing innovative ideas to enhance the Trailblazers.

Internship under the Director of Ticket Operations at the Stockton Heat. The ticket operations and sales intern will assist the ticket department with order processing, fulfillment, sales leads, and other duties. The intern will be trained on all department policies and procedures including the use of Ticketmaster software. They will assist with operations during office hours, game days, and/or special events. Duties and Tasks:- Creating new ticket packages and finding new revenue streams - Help process season, mini-plan, and group ticket requests- Handle Team and Visiting team tickets- Gameday duties include working the sales table, will-call, and other tasks as assigned- Aid in the maintenance of the CRM system and create new leads for the sales team- Work daily in the Archtics ticketing system including selling, reporting, data collection, creation of new price codes, events, seat classifications etc.- Maintain the relationship and communication between departments- Report Gameday Audits, Group Sales revenues, and FSE sales to the AHL- Working with Ticket Master - Working with Spinzo Management - Other duties assigned
