My oversight includes operations, technology, sales, design, development, marketing, HR, legal, regulatory, and property management. I led core services for all companies worldwide: including HR, security, property management, engineering, IT, design, and development. My responsibilities included marshaling day-to-day operations as well as developing new ventures.

I designed & art directed all marketing, advertising, print design, web design, software & web development. Additionally, I led technology for all Bently family companies, including desktop, server, mobile, and network management.

Part-time teaching associate in the philosophy department alongside my work as a Chief Operating Officer. I am teaching Introduction to Philosophy while completing postgraduate work. The department has encouraged my development of a custom syllabus that touches on a broad range of philosophy. Topics include: Critical Thinking, Chinese Philosophy, Asian-American Philosophy, Latin American Philosophy, Ancient Philosophy, Indigenous Philosophy, Epistemology, Metaphysics, and Moral Theory (with a focus on applied ethics and business ethics).

I bridged the head creative and technology departments while overseeing digital development. We designed award-winning museum exhibits for the Smithsonian, Santa Barbara Sea Center, Monterey Bay, and Henry Ford.

Following the lead of the art director and senior designer, I created print and digital designs for companies such as ComEd, PG&E, AT&T, Ameritech, SBC, Comcast, Verizon, Snap-on Tools, and Harley Davidson.
