My role within GT Corporate Finance is to lead the Debt Advisory business to craft and structure funding solutions that support our client’s growth agenda. I have an extensive network and industry experience and supported by the best in class team at GT we have the capability and capacity to achieve the very best outcomes for clients. We have specialised teams in M&A, valuations, debt & capital, transaction advisory, special situations and restructuring providing advice on all aspects of transactions. Previously I founded and led the structured finance direct origination business for Corporate Banking at Bank of Ireland. My team located across 3 locations in the Republic of Ireland originates credit opportunities to support M&A, growth capital, refinancing, equity releases, MBO & LBO’s etc. and ancillary products such as FX, trade finance, ABL etc. Growth was delivered by successful formulation and execution of GTM strategy and product innovation. I built a market leading and dynamic structured finance capability with deep market knowledge to source credit opportunities which was enhanced by leveraging strong relationships with domestic and international Sponsors, Promoters, C Suite & Intermediaries across Ireland, UK and beyond. I also led our commercialisation product strategy for ESG lending.
