At RealEyes I am focused on a diverse and in depth media streaming platform that encompasses mobile, as well as desktop, devices; we build, control, encrypt, and deliver high quality media to any combination of device/OS/browser available on the market.Our customers receive quality development and support for their products which are highly user-facing, and quite large in scale. We provide in depth testing support so that these clients can continue to deliver satisfactory content to their user-base.With a few of our projects, I've begun creating a dual role at this company in both QA and Project Management; in spite of how the two roles contend with each other, Ive really enjoyed defining this middle ground. It has not only broadened my involvement in the intricacies of resource planning and capturing timelines, but also deepened my understanding of development, changed my definitions of successful progress, and reinforced my belief in the importance of ingraining QA in almost every step of a project.

We have deep engineering expertise designing and developing hardware, firmware and embedded software, networking protocols, video and audio processing algorithms, mobile and web apps, and cloud infrastructure." Working at Cardinal Peak allows me to become involved in many different types of work; in my time here, Ive had my hand in numerous projects, ranging from music and media related mobile apps, to security systems, HVAC units, and even devices used for veterinary practices. With each new project, I outline and execute software test scenarios as the development progresses; I maintain the minimum functional requirements, as designated by both my development team and our customer, for each new deliverable version. As projects grow, this often expands into maintaining high-level test plans, and meticulously organizing these plans into actionable concepts beyond that of just the minimum feature expectation. My position often requires understanding of the relationships between server, client software, and client hardware, as well as how to test issues specific to each. I also oversee UI specification testing during early development, as well as UX stability testing during later stages. To our customers, I am typically a direct point of contact when problems are seen "in the wild." My work has taken me to places like Sydney, New York, and D.C. to work directly with customer development teams, or allowed me to work off-site at local customer offices across CO. I have experience in the agile environment, and have actively used Bugzilla, JIRA and several of it's embedded modules, as well as Trello to maintain issues that are observed. Ive been actively expanding my knowledge of development languages like Python, and how to use these when working with products under test.

Busy medical practice in Louisville, CO. During evenings, I manage the current and future daily schedules for all of our providers, handle insurance, council patients on policies, field medication or similar requests, and maintain electronic medical records for our patients. I also help patients with our secure Patient Portal system as a direct means of contact. OSHA Certified, educated in HIPPA policy.

Toccare was an independently owned massage clinic that emphasized the therapeutic/rehabilitative side of treatment, but also provided services aimed toward pure relaxation. Since there was no "corporate" structure, working the desk was more than just the average scheduling job; while at the desk, not only did we handle the scheduling for each on-site therapist, we handled all administrative matters of maintaining the business such as payroll, insurance coverage, business record filing, and organization/maintenance of guest health records. We also maintained business supplies, sales of products and service packages, and general business promotion through social media and other live promotion events.

Short term project in professional office environment analyzing data using Microsoft Excel. Data file processing required confidentiality and basic knowledge of encryption and data retrieval. Had specific delivery deadlines, and required personal time management skills and interaction with other professionals.

Responsible for system testing of mobile DVD recording system for law enforcement vehicles. This required knowledge of the underlying system requirements and executing tests to verify compliance with client-set requirements, and to evaluate overall quality and stability of recording system.

Retail position, with a 'personal shopper' style; required familiarity with new products as they were introduced by seasonal fashion lines. Floor position stressed familiarity with company services, such as special product orders, taking measurements for personal tailoring, and suggestive shopping. Stock position required knowledge of stock room and product management/organization, shipping and factory returns, and product placement on floor displays.

Short term internship. Responsibilities included architecture based office work, floor-to-floor or architect-to-architect communication, and product research. Primary duties centered around retrieval, organization, and processing of blueprints and the overall record-keeping of any changes made to blueprints. Occasionally I also acted as a courier between Denver offices.

Restaurant atmosphere that required training in several different positions, including bakery and cashier, barista, lunch/dinner cafe, dining room and guest services, dishes, and food regulation and preparation. Position required extreme time and task management and knowledge of industry health standards.
