• Conduct onsite property investigations to determine dwelling damage when insurance claims are submitted. Including such claims as fire loss, felled trees, water loss, natural disasters, vandalism and theft, and some commercial.• Review each claimant’s insurance policy to confirm the scope of coverage.• Ensure that the claim is legitimate, and that fraud has not occurred.• Write comprehensive repair estimates using Xactimate/Xactanalysis based on the damage observed.• Frequently review insurance company policies (ie.
