• Conduct onsite property investigations to determine dwelling damage when insurance claims are submitted. Including such claims as fire loss, felled trees, water loss, natural disasters, vandalism and theft, and some.

• Write comprehensive repair estimates using Xactimate/Xactanalysis based on the damage observed.
• Frequently review insurance company policies (ie. Progressive, Farmers, Germania, AAA, Amica, Anpac) to ensure that all investigation and estimate requirements are being met.
• Cover and deploy for catastrophe (CAT) events:o Hurricane Harvey – Inspected, assessed the damage, and wrote damage estimates for approximately 75 claimso Hurricane Florence - Inspected, assessed the damage, and wrote.
