My main duties at Red Frog Events have included managing the calendars and travel schedules of multiple Vice Presidents and the President within the company. This included arranging and leading meetings, arranging travel as well as taking incoming calls, creating correspondence and running errands as needed. In this position I was also responsible for new business intake and business development. These responsibilities include: speaking and following up with clients, addressing client concerns and creating proposals for clients. These proposals have gained 10 new contracts for the 2017 & 2018 seasons with over $2,200,000 in projected revenue from product sales. My accomplishments to date in this role have been developing and conducting our internal team debriefs, our client debriefs and our site visit procedures.

I was responsible for business research, traveling to establishments, recording notes and writing detailed reports on live music performances. I was also held accountable for arranging the travel schedule and preparing expense reports.

Columbus, Ohio Area

My main responsibilities included: customer service over the phone and in-person, composing and filing affidavits, updating information on the website and researching information through LEADS for officers.

Greater San Diego Area

I was responsible for assisting with music programming, interviewing artists and writing concert reviews. I also kept up with music industry news and trends to research and discover upcoming artists and songwriters.

In this position I obtained sponsorships throughout the community in order to execute our events. I was in charge of publicizing events on campus and in the community using websites and local media.
