As a result, student achievement increased by 5% in math and 3% in reading overall.• Constructed For Loop to retrieve unique records by grade, question description, and SOL, and calculated the percent correct for each specific record. Discovered there were 347 unique standards tested from grades 3-5 and that 45% percent of the questions were answered correctly, overall, which were then entered into a Pivot Table for better visibility. Teachers were then able to visualize each standard to provide students with needed foundational support.

Due to struggles with depression and anxiety, I chose to take a temporary leave of absence from work in order to prioritize my mental health and focus on my studies. During this time, I was able to seek the necessary support and resources to improve my mental well-being and return to work feeling more focused and motivated.

These reports were used as a valuable resource for the development of the company's Real Estate Pre-licensing courses, resulting in high-quality assessment materials that met industry standards and helped increase the effectiveness of the company's training programs.• Successfully led a team of four analysts to create a set of 200 Real Estate questions for the development of Blue Apple Real Estate Pre-Licensing Assessments, resulting in the creation of high-quality assessment materials that met industry standards.• Partnered with broker, operations manager, and paralegal to create sound plans for the development of 5 Real Estate Pre-Licensing Courses, by applying analytical techniques using SQL to query and data clean 50 company datasets of repeating property addresses, blank fields, or unneeded columns to reduce redundancy and improve accuracy. This allowed aspiring real estate agents from 5 different states to learn with our real estate school.
