I'm a member of the development team supporting the BloomBoard platform for professional growth for teachers.

I'm responsible for the development of the giventree.org website. I work with other board members to define project requirements and prioritize new features and enhancements. I also coordinate the efforts of the volunteer developers working on the site.

I lead a team of developers and QA engineers located in several offices around the world to manage websites in the Education vertical. My primary responsibilities include architecture, web development, training, documentation, and project management. I work with Tech Leads from across the company to help develop and grow common code to reduce duplication and streamline the development of new products, features and websites.

- Lead developer on QuinStreet's flagship Education site WorldWideLearn.com.- Introduced the use of CodeIgniter MVC framework to the Education vertical.- Created standard development environment setup used by developers throughout the company.- Organized and taught bi-weekly trainings for PHP developers on various development topics.- Managed small teams of developers.

I managed the Utah 4-H Website, including building online conference registration and other web based program management tools. I was also responsible for the GIS and GPS programs, Utah 4-H Tech Team, and other technology related programs.
