A great part of my role is also helping steer the direction in which new tech is adopted and used.

Moving into the lead web app developer position I started training new developers, helped provide more technical language around statements of work, and developed working relationships with third party vendors and consultant agencies. I was initially hired on as a cashier, but as I learned how the store worked I started to stock and put away items. Eventually I was put as a the opening manager to deal with Truck Deliveries, and the like. I also helped the store in advertising by suggesting ways to improve customer experience.
