Assistant Project Manager
Current- Set up and maintain document control systems for each project- Prepare cost management reports weekly; identify and resolve variances and discrepancies. - Work with the Design & Construction Team to ensure system is in compliance with all established workflows and procedures - Coordinate with Accounting and Accounts Payable to ensure work completed in paid for in a timely manner- Assist the Cost Manager with regularly updates to the PMWeb cost management system (revised budget, commitments, use of contingency, resolution of allowances and scope remaining, updates for changes, retainages, etc.) so that the reported Final Anticipated Cost is always current- Maintain change order tracking logs- Assist the Design & Construction Team in the review of pay applications. - Track lien waivers and review against current and last month’s payment applications- Assist the Design & Construction Team in the management of PMWeb and accounts payable processes. - Respond to accounts payable requests. - Support the project management team by performing various project management tasks as needed- Maintain approvals log and track all project permits- Assist the Design & Construction Team in the preparation of monthly reports- Assist the Design & Construction Team in maintaining and updating project schedule and budget- Assist in preparing requests for proposals for professional and contracting services. Receive and tally quotations. Assist with contract preparation- Track insurance certificates monthly to assure continuous unbroken coverage - Assist the Design & Construction Team with project closeout
