I am currently serving as in-house legal counsel at an alternative investment sponsor in Orlando, Florida. I hold my Series 65 (Investment Advisor Representative), Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 24 (General Securities Principal) professional licenses. I am also the founding member of Fundamental Counsel, PLLC, a boutique private law firm.
