About Brady Baker
I began as a Basketball Operations Analytics Assistant for the San Antonio Spurs in January 2019. I currently am further learning how professional sports organizations operate as well as acquiring valuable programming and analytics skills. Along with my current position, I have experience as a Hockey Analytics Intern for the Carolina Hurricanes, Basketball Analytics Intern for the Indiana Pacers, Baseball Game Day Stringer for Minor League Baseball, Hockey Operations Video Intern and more. Along the way I have acquired skills with SQL Databases, Microsoft Office, and Sydex Video editing software while learning the value of teamwork and chemistry within an office.I am working after finishing my education at North Carolina State University as a Statistics major where I have acquired knowledge of SAS, Python and R programming languages. I graduated as a Magna Cum Laude member graduating in December 2018. I also acquired a minor in Business Administration, held an officer position in the Sports Analytics Club, and was a member of the Sports Management Club.I plan to continue climbing the ranks of the growing field of sports analytics. Sports have driven my life thus far and I am willing to do whatever it takes to achieve my dreams of being a part of an organization for a living.
