I currently serve as the Vice President of the Advanced Concept Engineering (ACE) Group for Torch Technologies. In that capacity, I have the privilege of leading a team of over 650 dedicated employee-owners in an organization which generates over $380 Million in annual revenues and spans 11 locations across the U.S. and overseas test ranges. The highly diversified Advanced Concept Engineering group provides a broad range of technical services which include engineering, logistics, wargaming, operations, and test and evaluation support. The ACE group also operates the corporate Technology Integration and Prototyping Center (TIPC), which designs, develops, prototypes, integrates, and manufactures complex electronics, mechanical systems, optical sensors, autonomous systems, remotely operated systems, and virtual training solutions.

I served as a software developer for the operational test organization of a major missile defense system. I created new and innovative analytical tools and concepts that would later be adopted by other agencies within the program. I assisted system analysts by implementing analytical utilities based upon requirements outlined in operational requirements documentation, test & evaluation plans, and detailed test plans using a variety of platforms including SAS, MATLAB, Visual Basic, and C++.
