Managed all HR functions, including employee relations, compensation strategies, performance management, benefits administration, diversity, and inclusion for 450+ employees across 2 locations (including pre-production and production site). Built organization from 70 to 450+ employees, scaling to capacity as 1 of only 2 staff in the HR department (2nd person was hired in 2018).  Established senior leadership team at Reno site and served as the HRBP for the Sales Organization (GM and Director) and mentor in the development of 40+ talented leaders across the organization.  Create, orchestrate, and lead long-term strategic succession plans for building a team of highly engaged leaders.  Servant Leadership as a partner to Total Rewards team. Served as the Benefits owner for the site to include day-to-day workflow related to health insurance administration, retirement plans, open enrollment, on-boarding, off-boarding. Managed all leave programs for short-term and long-term disability, military, jury duty, and FMLA to ensure a seamless process for both team member and manager. Coordinated team member activities for benefit education and engagement to promote the Company Wellness Initiative

Recruited to TRU—based on strong reputation at Target—to oversee staffing, employee relations, benefits/compensation, and management development for up to 700 employees. Trained and provided coaching to front-line leaders to help drive performance improvements through targeted consultations (1on1s). Educated HR staff and distribution center management team to guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures, federal & state employment laws, and E.E.O.C regulations.
