As a student at Western Michigan University I am passionate about developing my skills as a leader, professional, teammate, and student. At WMU I am pursuing a Bachelors in Digital Marketing.As Assistant Program Manager of Fall Welcome for the WMU Office of Student Transitions I help organize New Student Events for the entire campus at Western Michigan University. Mainly focusing on the Fall Welcome Program which is the first experience New Students have with the WMU campus. This incorporates over 2,000 new WMU students every Fall. As Director of Recruitment at WMU Inter-Fraternity Council, I organize campus-wide recruitment events and introduce "365 recruitment" to WMU, enhancing the visibility and diversity of the Greek community. As Warden at Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, I uphold the values of Friendship, Sound Learning, and Moral Rectitude by enforcing bylaws and implementing strategies for member retention, accountability, and performance. I also serve on the executive board for a second consecutive year, demonstrating my commitment and leadership skills.
