Helped build strong rapport with clients across all organizational levels, ranging from engineers to executives at major accounts, resulting in establishment of long-term relationships.• Orchestrated an innovative solution to create a cooperative triad between Singapore's research institutes, start-up industries, and LIST as proprietary technology provider, which resulted in enhanced mutual benefits for all three parties, a first of its kind in Singapore.

• Managed initial technical proposals, project incubation, pilot and industrial contracts, commissioning, troubleshooting and optimization.• Acquired over 240 hours of training on advanced technical skills in processing technology and systems ranging from process design, simulation and scale-up of the patented KneaderReactor, the heart of LIST technology.

• Directed independent research project worth over US$1MM funded by the Singapore government in engineering targeted drug-carriers for chemotherapy.• Developed strong presentation and communication skills through daily interactions with world-renowned professors, scientists and investors.• Trained and supervised 5 interns over 6 months conducting analytical studies and consolidating results.

• Conducted feasibility tests to confirm the improvement of fuel cell efficiency and energy savings.• Evaluated results and reported directly to Professor Richard Masel and carried out technical discussions.
