Directed the itinerary of the day camp and oversaw 2 other sailing instructors. Managed potentially challenging situations such as inclement weather, equipment malfunctions, and enthusiastic 7-14 year olds. Maintained 6 AMF Sunfish sailboats. Operated from a 10 foot Tracker boat with outboard motor.
