Performed examinations and interventions in an LTACH setting with up to 20 patients with ARF, CVA, TBI, SCI, and wounds. Covered patient treatments at adjoining IRF when necessary. Collaborated with interdisciplinary team to provide quality care for the patient, determine barriers for success, and determine best discharge location.

Evaluated and treated 8-12 patients per day with varying orthopedic, concussion, and vestibular diagnoses in an outpatient setting. Directed and worked alongside PTA and support staff to assist patients in meeting goals and functional outcomes.
