I worked at target for two and a half years starting in 2019 . I was hired on full time in February of 2020 after working being hired on for seasonal work. I calculated guests totals on their orders at the checkout lanes, and organized and coordinated team movements/breaks while managing the self check outs by myself. Also I managed and organized guests drive up orders in an efficient and timely manner within a two minute window to meet store standards. At Bergstrom I coordinate connecting guests with sales advisors to help meet the dealerships KPI standards. In addition I analyze repair orders and file them into the correct folder. Finally at Terrys I support and manage a three bartender team coordinating drink orders and food orders to deliver orders in a complete, efficient, and timely manner.Skills:I have strong guest service skills ensuring to meet guest satisfaction and company KPI standards. I have strong project management skills, an experience with this is while at Target. I lead a team to create and implement a new efficient drive up process to help meet our guest satisfaction standard. At Bergstrom I also help collect guest financial info to compute financing options for guests.
