• Communicate company policies and procedures to staff and current and potential residents.• Develop and execute a detailed yearly marketing plan for generating traffic and sales.• Collectively execute marketing campaigns for three Campus Apartments Baton Rouge properties (The Venue, Campus Crossings Highland and Campus Crossings Brightside).• Manage daily social media and digital outreach platforms to maintain quality search engine optimization.• Facilitate staff in all leasing efforts as well as monthly resident events• Submit detailed weekly leasing reports and incentive records in order to meet or exceed year-over-year leasing performance.• Collaborate with colleagues and outside organizations on the retention and well being of 324 residents.• Assist the General Manager in providing exceptional customer service and employee satisfaction.
