The New Jersey Superior Court Clerk's Office is a statewide clerk's office for the trial courts. Major responsibilities include foreclosure case processing, statewide judgement processing, and managing electronic access to court records. The Superior Court Clerk's Office is housed in the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex in Trenton, NJ. I was trained to use the court's databases, including ACMS, CJOD, and SharePoint. As a legal intern, I have worked directly with supervisors from each of the main divisions- Court Operations, Judiciary Information and Support, Ombudsman, Records Management Services, and Pro Bono. Additionally, I completed projects for the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court and the Clerk of the Superior Court. When the COVID-19 pandemic led employees to work from home, I began two remote projects and maintained communication with my supervisors regarding my progress. ▪Observed foreclosure mediations ▪Filed foreclosure stipulations of settlement or dismissal ▪Organized and named electronic court documents for widespread use on SharePoint ▪Created lists of supervisors and departments using Microsoft Excel ▪Reviewed NJCourts.gov and provided recommendations for improvement (remotely) ▪Ran an educational Instagram campaign on the Superior Court Clerk's Office (remotely)

The Office of Academic Support Services at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, matches student athletes with students who are capable of tutoring particular course material. The department allows tutors the freedom to exercise their own methods of teaching, after completing a training course on effective methods and NCAA regulations and compliance. I tutor student athletes each week in general psychology and sociology, both in one on one sessions and group sessions. I have gained experience tailoring lessons and study methods to each student's needs! Taking advantage of the Rutgers Learning Center spaces has proven helpful, thanks to the white board walls and collaborative learning seating arrangements.
