• Work on both still life and model shoots;• Accurately follow styling guidelines;• Work collaboratively with models, photographers, studio coordinators, content managers, producersand other creative directors;• Develop strong, up-to-date knowledge of designers, brands and trends;• Achieve daily and weekly targets and deadlines;• Provide expert knowledge on products and styling ensembles;• Confidently merchandise products;• Source and obtain clothes, products and accessories for use in shoots;• Direct make-up and hair;• Create mood boards;• Source and cast models.

• Be a partner to the Manager in charge of the category: analyse and drive product category forward, all the while being aware of individual and store targets and KPI’s each month;• Provide the Head Office with feedback (product performance, quality, Client related information, local market, competitors, trends, missing opportunities...);• Create and implement specific action plans to pro-actively drive the business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animations;• Be a partner to the learning Manager to develop selling skills and product knowledge in the store.

• Prepare the outfit rails each day ready for the shoot and ensure they achieve daily targets; • Develop the Farfetch visual aesthetic and image quality.

• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results;• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories;• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in orderto foster Brand loyalty;• Perform as a team-player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of thestore;• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge.
