Hugo Braga is a Software Engineer and interested in entrepreneurship.Hugo holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics of University of São Paulo (IME-USP). He worked with optimization problems. In the past he was a graduate researcher in the Distributed Systems Laboratory (LaSiD) at Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) where he received a Master in Mechatronics (PPGM). His research included topics such as Topology Control algorithms for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). At the Distributed Systems Specialization he had the chance to work with Internet of Things, more specifically, to work with Wireless Sensor Networks.At Prodeb he worked with PHP using agile development methodologies and MVC frameworks.During his bachelor, under his scientific initiation at LaSiD, he researched Quality of Service (QoS) and Fault-Tolerance, more specifically, QoS monitoring through SNMP protocol and Xenomai Real-Time Operating System.
