Growing up in Norway, I quickly started seeking diversity and new experiences. I embarked on my life-long dream of moving abroad and attended Hult International Business School in London. Here I completed my Bachelors of Business Administration and Master of Science in International Business. Throughout my studies, I kept a focus on data and digitalisation as it has always been a keen interest of mine.   In February of 2023, I started working as a Business Developer in Marine Benefits, a marine health insurance agency owned by the insurance company Norwegian Hull Club. At Marine Benefits, I am responsible for several applications/portals and their development, along with overall product, process and system innovation. For this, project management is a central part of my workday. Now, I am on a constant journey for development and skill enhancement, looking for learning opportunities at every step along the way.
