Being a startup consisting of a small team of 4 meant that everybody had to work closely together. To make things more structured we used SCRUM as our project management framework with daily Scrum meetings, along with Asana, and later Trello for task management.I had the opportunity to use many different tools that are commonly found in the field of front-end development. Just like a front-end developer, a furniture carpenter has to be able to create something from a picture or a design given on a piece of paper, like blueprints. It is important that you can read the blueprints correctly, form a plan on how you are going to build the object and then build it with pixel perfect precision.A fair mixture of team works as well as independency was required.
