Senior Manager - Sales India
Current• Responsible for P&L for Rolling Stock Division – Metro and Indian Railways at Mors Smitt in India.• Set and meet sales and order booking targets for the India region.• Achieve year-over-year increase in sales aligned with company expertise.• Provide pre- and post-sales support to OEMs by offering technical information and sample support.• Promote products by facilitating visits of product managers with OEMs.• Secure new strategic business with customers.• Manage relationships with rolling stock suppliers and metro operators.• Develop product marketing strategies to drive sales.• Conduct market intelligence research.• Secure new project wins for respective products.• Analyze trends and position products effectively in the market.• Develop pricing strategies by calculating project-based financial metrics.• Analyze competition and identify opportunities for product replacement.• Prepare revenue forecasts for product lines.• Coordinate railway exhibitions and conferences such as IREE.• Ensure timely collection of payments.• Provide service warranty support and send products to the central lab for detailed investigation.• Drive new business development initiatives.
