Once the contract signed, I coordinate between the customer and our MRO departments by sending to the concerned department a Commercial Internal Order, a SAP Creation Order, a contract briefing. Make sure that hangar/free zone passes and visas are issued and coordinate the customer transportation and accommodation. Make sure that the customer sends us all aircraft documents requested by airport authorities conditioning aircraft access to our facility. Make sure that all needed materials / tools will be available in time and organize pre-input meetings. During the performance of the check, I inform the customer in a daily meeting about routine and non routine task cards count, technical issues, requested material to perform defect rectification and determine who will provide. Make sure that the customer approves man hours above the contractual cap for defect rectifications and additional tasks, then inform production planning accordingly. Get customer approval for any part to purchase above the agreed cap. Make the customer sign quotations as per the contract for materials, man-hours, customs clearance fees / taxes, subcontracted services, and send to financial department for invoicing. To handle customer requests / complaints (organization, quality, time) within the limits of technical, contractual, and regulatory constraints. Keep control of wheels, brakes, batteries, NDT, and structural shops by liaising between the customer, planning, and financial department. -

Ensure that all contractual deadlines are met : work scopes receipt, checks evaluations transmission (MHRS, TAT and handling), Service Orders acceptance, Work Package receipt, receipt of material/components/specific tools under customer responsibility or the acceptance of the equivalent purchase order, documentation of reference receipt. Make sure of Work Order Requests/quotations acceptances for all Services that are excluded from the flat rates according to the contract / CQP and inform production planning accordingly. Make sure of subcontracted works acceptance and inform accordingly the planning, logistic and production departments. Distribute the customer weekly/daily meetings reports to the concerned departments. Retrieve the signed final check Purchase Order from the customer and send it to financial department for invoicing. Sending to the C.E.O on a monthly basis a financial and technical report as well as the Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Handling all customer requests / complaints (organization, quality, time) within the limits of technical, contractual, and regulatory constraints.

Fixing deadlines for WP preparation and ask logistic to order non available Parts, Ingredients, and Consumables. Print Tally sheets and work packages with attached Engineering Orders and send them to production. Create non routine cards on RAL and send them to production. Checking completeness of work packages received from the production once completed. Close completed work packages on RAL. Retrieve EASA FORM 1 from work packages and ATLs, and swap routable components through our ERP. Follow up off ADDs (Acceptable Deferred Defects) and MDDs (MEL Deferred Defects) and coordinate between the production and the logistic to make Parts Numbers and needed quantities data available for the logistic; and the Estimated Time of Arrival available for production. Make a daily load meeting with the production to close the ADDs and MDDs. Ask the coordinators to perform calls up during night shift to perform what has been agreed on the load program meeting. Ask the store keeper to make the needed parts available at the production office.Provide all documents required by authorities for issuance of Airworthiness Review Certificate Renewal (ARC). Update aircraft, engine and APU log books. Analysis of Airworthiness Directives ADs (applicability, threshold, interval) (EASA / FAA). -
