Responsible for the HR function at all sites: farms and packing stations located in Gharb and in north of Morocco.  Piloting of social certification audits: BSCI and SMETA.  The social part of quality certification: BRC, TESCO, Global Gup, FTF  Member of the management team.  Manage the recruitment and selection of all new employees: seasonal and permanent workers.  Provide management advice on employee relations issues and manage all disciplinary issues within the company.  Site-wide health and safety management, including risk assessments, audits and revisions of policies and procedures.  HR reporting to management(Payroll reporting ,headcount report,HR Report,Healt and seafty KPI’S..)  Work closely with management and employees on all grievance issues within the company.  Work closely with senior management to identify, develop and implement training programs that are consistent with corporate objectives.  Provide senior management and other types of employee reports, including attrition, absence, pay, vacations, overtime and staffing.  Management of the entire recruitment process, including the procurement strategy; Interview; Checking references; Make offers to candidates; Conduct and deliver introductory courses.  Responsible for the development and delivery of the professional integration program.  Provide ongoing management consultation on performance issues. Conflict management, steering social dialogue with trade unions (UMT & UNTM ..).  Monthly meeting with staff delegates.  Direct contact with external organizations: Labor Inspectorate, CNSS, AXA, MAMDA, CIMR, ANAPEC.  Responsible for Personnel Administration and Payroll.  Payroll twice a month of more than 1500 employees in high seasons and 500 in low season.  100% declaration to the CNSS of permanent and seasonal workers during all year.  Management of workplace accidents.  Management of the transport of personnel
