I supervised the daily operations of 469 rooms, two restaurants, and three ballrooms for the luxury five-star hotel focused on Eastern heritage. Under my management, the hotel attained a #1 global fare ranking from Booking.com and Expedia.com as well as Trip Advisor's Certificate of Excellence as the Best 5-star Hotel in Medinah. Improvements in finances, procedures, and costs were also realized. Additionally, I was responsible for creating budgets and strategic plans to meet objectives set by corporate, Improved staff development was designed to ensure the highest service for guests. Other responsibilities included overseeing compliance with health, safety, food and legal requirements.► 83% increase in LRA Quality Audit score.► Member of grand opening team for Shaza sister hotels.► Achieved 63% occupancy rate and revenues of SAR 12 million, exceeding Ramadan targets.► Earned SAR 25 million total revenue during Hajj season, surpassing expected goals.

Jeddah

The hotel, featuring 83 suites, seven meeting rooms, two restaurants, and a health club, realized substantial increases in room revenues during my tenure. As General Manager, I handled all standard aspects of hotel operations as well as strategic plan development, budgeting, and market trend evaluation leading to new business growth and overall increased revenues. ► Increased REVPAR from SAR 543 to SAR 706(30%) and ADR from SAR 726 to SAR 1082 (49%).► Surpassed target revenues by 18%.

My work involved maximizing financial operations for increased revenues and motivating staff as well as ensuring guest safety and efficiency. Initially hired as Room Division Manager, I was promoted to Executive Assistant Manager-in-charge Rooms, then Deputy General Manager and finally General Manager.
