Directing patent professionals for their allocated projects and help in clearing backlogs.Maintaining the record of all deadlines, client information and coordinating the timely execution of all relevant IP work; Advising clients on types of Intellectual property rights available and the most suitable Intellectual property rights applicable for client’s requirements. Updating clients regarding the status of their trademarks and patents filed in various jurisdictions.Discussing and choosing the appropriate IP associates from various countries to partner with, for protection of IP for various clients. Coordinating with associates abroad for IP protection in various countries. IP portfolio management, handling foreign patent filing and prosecution process till grant, annuities etc.Directing Creation and Maintenance of File Dockets, Internal Databases, IPR Portfolios, and billing of projects.Drafting application forms ordinary, PCT and National phase in compliance with Indian patent office and WIPO.Foreign patent filings and handling such activities, patent administration and docketing.
