As In House Technology & Management Consultant to Business Units worked to establish : KRA-KPI based Performance Management System, Customer Retention management, 7am to 7 pm shift management,New Network Rollout Manangement, Supply Chain Management, LC TT Credit Line Management, New Projects Bidding. Provide inputs on overall Strategic and Operational issues as part of the Core Team.

Heading the multi million dollar Enterprise division of the company. Overall responsibility of managing the Sales, Service Delivery, Service Support as well as Billing & Payment Collection functions. Involved in Business Process Reengineering of core support & sales functions. As part of the leadership team give input on overall Strategy and functioning of the company.

Responsible for leading a team of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) professionals providing ICT infrastructure and support services for UMN headquarters and 8 other locations spread across Nepal. Lead the setting up of Donor Relationship Management system and Intranet system to bring information to the decision makers. As member of the Operations Team helped in the decision related to facilities and security. Played key role in the Business Innovation Group and the Organization Strategy Committee.

Responsible for preparing Contract Document for National Competitive Bidding for Outsourcing of ICT Infrastructure Management Services. Responsible for Contract management of numerous ICT procurements including several World Bank funded goods and services contracts. Design of Metropolitan Area Network joining 5 different DOR locations at Kathmandu, Nepal as well as planning of VOIP telephony system

Involved with the setup and maintenance of Linux servers, Intranet, ftp server, database administration, data backup & restore along with company network and website support & maintenance. Also responsible for the BCP/DR planning and implementation for the company clients as well as work on Project Portfolio Management for the company.

Work involved setup of 802.11a,b, g Wireless Networks, Access points and Hot Spots. Used Cisco Routers and Switches, Dlink/Senao/ Access Points, Routers and Bridges. Also responsible for designing the Optical Fiber Backbone to connect the POPs across the city for Wireless Broadband Internet Service.

Work involved Route Joint Splicing, Fiber Termination at Exchange. Installation and commissioning of STM1, STM4, STM16 SDH Equipment [Siemens Trans Express]. Software Configuration (Cross Connections etc.) and IN Station as well as Thru Link Acceptance Testing (Bit Error Rate, Input & Output Jitter Tests Using Agilent SDH Analyser, Optical Power Meter etc). Network integration of Network Elements to the Telecom Network Management System at Patan Exchange for client Nepal Telecom.
