I work with everything user-facing and constantly strive to keep our employees running without down-time. I work with tier 3 client issues, as well as manage assets, improve processes, package software, and automate processes. I also help direct our tier 2 and tier 1 teams with learning new processes and trouble-shooting skills.I am an SME in asset management, from leasing or purchasing assets on the front-end, to keeping track of them during their life-cycle and ensuring their safe return to the lessor - all the while avoiding penalties.I also work heavily on the mobility side, using iPhones and Androids, and working within the Mobile Device Manager and with Verizon. I was completely in charge of creating a more efficient process to repair our iPhones, and was able to simplify the process and move it down to our Tier 2 team.

My duties included installing, operating, and performing maintenance on multi-functional / multi-user information systems and peripherals and auxiliary devices. Some of my other day-to-day tasks included transferring data between information processing equipment and systems, managing accounts in Active Directory, resetting passwords, hooking up printers, and other help-desk related issues.
